Mission Statement

The Masters Club, formerly The Five Million Dollar Club was founded in 1990 for the purpose of “Creating Excellence Together”.

    • Our objectives are to bring together agents who have exhibited high professional and ethical standards and exemplary sales records, to promote communications, education and to support Association and Community Activities.
    • Promote a professional image of high standards and good practices before the public.
    • Create an environment of absolute trust and cooperation for the betterment of all.
    • Provide a forum for the sharing of ideas and information with high caliber, top producing agents. 

Eligibility Requirements

New Members:

To qualify for membership, New Applicants must settle $6.5 Million or 50 settled units during the past year to qualify for membership. Settled transactions must be listed on page 2 of the Application Form.

    • All Members must be a member of the Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors® and 1/2 or more of your qualifying volume must be sold in Anne Arundel Co.
    • Agents will qualify with 50 settled units in the calendar year from January 1 - December 31, of last year.
    • Agents selling as a TEAM each need to qualify for membership by volume.
    • Volume for leases will be credited to the year the commission is received.
    • If two or more REALTORS split the commission on the same side of a transaction, the volume of the sale will be divided proportionally to the commission split. 

All Current 2012 Members:

    • Renewing Members going into their 2nd or 3rd year: Settled transactions must total $6.5 Million settled dollars or have settled 50 units or more throughout this past year. Renewing members must complete page 2 of the Application form.
    • Charter & Life Members: A Charter or Life Member does not need to complete page 2 of the Application form. To qualify for Life Membership, you must be a member for 3 out of 4 consecutive years.

Applications must be received by January 31 or there is a $25 late fee attached. If your application is not received by January 31, your name may not be in the printed Gold Page Directory.
