Our motto is “Creating Excellence Together.”

 

The Masters Club brings together real estate agents who have exhibited high professional and ethical standards, as well as exemplary sales records. The Club promotes communication, education, high ethical standards, and supports Anne Arundel County Association of REALTORS® and community activities.

Note: Membership is open to AACAR members who meet the stringent entrance requirements. Application for membership for 2009 is closed.

 

Membership Eligibility Requirements:

 

  • All Members must be a member of the Anne Arundel County Assocation of Realtors® and 1/2 of your qualifying volume must be sold in Anne Arundel County.
  • Agents will qualify with 50 settled units in the calendar year from January 1 – December 31, 2009
  • Agents selling as a TEAM each need to qualify for membership by volume.
  • Volume for leases will be credited to the year the commission is received.
  • If two or more Realtors® split the commission on the same side of a transaction, the volume of the sale will be divided proportionally to the commission split.
  • Settled transactions must be listed on page two of the application form totaling a settled volume of 6.5 Million Dollars or more in 2009, or have settled 50 unites or more in 2009.

 

All Current 2009 Members

Renewing Members going into their second or third year:  Settled transactions must total $6.5 Million settled dollars in 2009 or have settled 50 unites or more in 2009.  Renewing members must complete page two of the application form.

Current Charter and Life Members: If you are a Charter or Life Member, you do not need to complete page two of the application form.  To qualify for Life Membership, you must be a member for three consecutive years.

Applications must be received by January 31st or there will be a $25 late fee attached.  Final deadline for application is February 15, 2010
